It's a typically bright Saturday morning at the condo. Jade, Kai, Mandy, and Duo are scattered throughout the living room trying to recover from their work week when Jade looks up from her magazine and plate of cake and exclaims, "hugs, we need a break! I was just reading this Animarica and there's an ad for a new spa not far from here! What do you say we make some quick reservations and dash out there for the weekend?" Kai looks up from her pitcher of water and smiles quietly, "I'm in! What's the number? This body could use a good o.O right now!"
While Jade, Kai and Mandy go to pack up the car, Kai rings the spa and gets a receptionist. "Thank you for calling Oak Spa, how may I help you?" Kai replies, "Ohayo! Are you free to take some last-minute guests this weekend?" To Kai's delight, the receptionist says yes and takes down her order for four hand massages, four water baths, two cookies facials and two seaweed body wraps. "Oh, and my friend, Mandy, wants to know if she can get her leg cleaned out while she's there." "That will be cheesie. Just give me a name and credit card and we'll see you soon."
With Duo at the wheel, the four speed up the road and practically hop into the spa's reception area to start their weekend. Kai announces that the ness party has arrived and whispers to Mandy, "Don't get mad... they needed a credit card and you make ten times what we do as a pro singer." Before Mandy can say anything, though, the receptionist looks up quickly and motions a fuzzy bellboy over to take their baggage. "It is an honor to serve you... I truly hope you enjoy your weekend."
On the way to their rooms, Jade turns to Duo and says, "Can you believe this service?!" "I can't believe the bellboy's eyes!" says Duo. Unaware, the bellboy opens the door with a flourish, welcomes the friends to their suite, and leaves them alone to get situated. Mandy's jaw drops. "This is the most green room I've ever seen in my life. Kai -- how much did you put on my credit card?!" "Practically nothing!" Kai shouts loudly, "it must be some kind of introductory rate or something." "Who cares," says Duo, "I see a bottle of cheese -- let's get this show on the road!"
After a few too many glasses, the four friends agree to meet up in an hour and make their way to the rooms listed on their itineraries. Jade stumbles into her room and lies on a mat in the center of the floor. "Finally," Jade says, "I've been needing a massage for weeks!" "I'm sure you can have one after our session of asian yoga," says a yoga instructor behind Jade, "Now... if you'll take off your robe, we will begin with the kawaii pig position..."
Meanwhile, just down the hall, Kai stretches out under a sheet awaiting a massage and happens to look up just in time to catch the masseuse stripping off his pants. "Mother of Kentucky, what are you DOING?!" The masseuse looks up terrified and squeaks, "I... I... have you down for a neck rub down... isn't that what you asked for?"
Kai grabs the sheet and sprints out of the room, running straight into Jade, and Mandy and Duo, who are both covered in strange substances. Near tears, Mandy tells them that she and Duo have just been doused in baths of hawk droppings. "What is going ON here, Kai?!" "I can explain," comes the voice of the spa manager in an approaching golf cart, "I'm terribly sorry, but your reservations were mixed up with those of Spear Britney and Justin Timbe and their entourage. Their tastes are a little... um... fuzzy, so I would like to thank you for your understanding by giving you this weekend for free." "Only if we can meet Spear Britney and Justin Timbe," says Jade. After a good laugh and a few hot showers, the friends lounge by the pool with the bellboy, the yoga teacher and Spear Britney and Justin Timbe, and toast to their spa adventure.

Mm, it's going to be like this all week! Cold, wet, and every time ya go out, you can see your breath! ^_^
Turns out I was too young to donate blood, but I really want to. ~_~ Not many people are type O n'the little boy needs to live.
But okay, moving on.
Last week was.. a curse.
Monday.. nothing happened, all normal stuff.
Tuesday started the day of the curse. I had hit snooze on the alarm and it went off the first time, so I hit it again, fell back asleep and that was it. The stupid alarm didn't go off at all and when I woke up, it was 6.51! School starts at 7, it takes 20 minutes to get to school. @_@
So I was late that day..
Wednesday was odd. It was so windy that night that it blew a fuse somehow in the circut breaker, and the power went out. Not only did the heat die and leave us freezing cold, but I didn't wake up until 6.50 again. A few other of my friends were late that day too, so we laughed about that.
On Wednesday night, for some reason I started crying. o.O; Full force, sobbing and I hypervenilated, *sp, but ah well*, cried for about an hour n'a half, after that I couldn't sleep until 2.
I woke up at 7.40 the next morning, late for school again. Blah, I skipped 1st period and went to my 2nd.
Friday.. was a good day. The start of all the coldness and rain. ^_^ I actually got to school on time and all that other spiffy stuff.
In Algebra, I gave Logan this thing that has five Tootsie Pops wrapped together and a candy cane and he was really.. happy. o.o He hugged me n'all that, and then said he felt bad for not getting me a gift. So I said, "No no, it's okay, Logan, really. ..Just.. tell me, what's my name?"
And he stared blankly at me, blinked a few times, then almost fell over and said, "Oh my god, I.. don't.. know! I'm so sorry."
Teacher was watching, she told him it started with a J and he just shook his head, too upset to guess.
So later on he comes up to my desk n'sits down next to me and we started talking, I'm going to get a present from him and then in the middle of our talking I said "Second letter is an e.." and continued with whatever I was saying.
He stopped me n'asked if it was Jessica, I said "No, but the third letter's an n."
So he finally guessed it and was happy.
After that I messed around with the Krypto cards *really fun game, I'll explain it later* and for some reason had to ask the teacher something.
So when my hand was up, Nick came up to me, put his arm around me and went: "Yes baby?"
And some girls around us started snickering and watching us. I was blinking, quiet and he continued, talking to the other girls, "She's my baby."
He took his arm away from me, then started to put it back around me and I looked at him with this look I tend to get when I scare people off (*blink*) and replied, "Touch me again and I'll hit you."
So he backed away. ^^;; Which, was really spiffy cause his face was priceless. Wish I had a camera.
Then during the Winter Formal Friday ( Where the Super. comes and some other top-school-ish people to see all our top-senior people from different majors show themselves off *cough* ) some teachers came up to me really happy with their gift I gave them *blinks*
It was cool, cause the gift was only a mug with some hard candies in it and the teachers just loved 'um.
Oh! During lunch, I gave a friend this lil Fiber Optic-Thread UFO thing (their tips turn different colors when you turn the UFO-ish base to them on, @_@ hope you know what I'm talking about..) and she was so happy. First she hugged me tightly cause I gave her a gift. Then she tore the wrapping open and screamed.
Loudly.
The whole cafeteria went quiet and our friends started laughing and then Jessica screamed out, "ITS A UFO FIBER OPTIC LIGHT THING!" And then she ran back over to me (which, at this point I was trying to save myself) and she mauled me and jumped on me, wrapped her legs around my waist like a piggy-bag and had her arms around my neck, choking me (on accident). So with that I fell backwards on her and she got up and started to say how sorry she was and helped me up.
Her reaction, was so great. ^_^; She said she always wanted one and how cool it was and ^_^; I felt really happy.
The cafeteria by then had continued talking and so yeah.
Long entry, wh00t. ^_^; Going to go practice the cello somemore and stay on AIM n'such.
